Some testing services will have charges or fees and may require submission of fluids if customer requires testing in a fluid we do not have available.
Micro Hardness, Shore A Hardness and other Rockwell Scales can be tested and monitored for compliance and analysis purposes.
Initial submission physical properties or batch to batch compliance and be monitored and reported.
Tensile Testing for determination of material elongation, tensile and modulus under different elongation requirements is available.
Tensile testing after Air Age, Fluid Age and Ozone exposure will identify changes the materials will exhibit under test conditions.
Standard ASTM testing and customer specified testing can be quoted and performed.
We regularly test to most ASTM specifications and have worked with a significant number of OEM specific material or test requirements.
We have standard test fixtures available for testing of various material and have the capability to manufacture custom fixtures if needed.
A2LA, CNLA and TAF certified material results are available for PPAP submission.
