Michigan State University - Bachelor of Arts in Business Mercer University - Master of Business Administration 30 Years of Operational and Corporate Management experience including Manufacturer Quality Systems and Finance. Working with industry and corporate organizations to align best practices within McMasters Koss to strengthen customer relationships and deliver more value to customers and partners.
Paul Pirtle
Vice President & Partner
University of Michigan - Bachelor of Arts in Business 25 years experience in gasket and seal manufacturing and supply chain management. APQP trained to ensuring compliance of supply chain partners and the McMasters Koss organization as a whole. Ensuring resources are available to meet Customer needs with best practice technologies and staffing.
Peter Gibbs
Chief Engineer and Partner
University of Michigan - Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering 15 Years experience in materials testing, seal design and material selection in the automotive, power and electronics industries. Leading the establishment and staffing of the McMasters Koss Engineering facility which began operations in January 2024.
Barb Landry
Operations Manager
20 years experience in operations, supply chain and logistics to ensure compliance to customer delivery and product performance requirements. Working with the inside and outside sales teams to meet customer delivery commitments and ensure the most efficient allocation of inventory.
Anna Stephen
Office Personnel Manager
Over 20 years of customer service experience, along with an extensive background in team leadership, customer relations, and day-to-day business operations. Works closely with employees, customers and leadership to support communication, team development, problem-solving, and office operations. Passionate about creating a positive work environment, building strong relationships, and ensuring both employees and customers receive the support and attention they need.
Jordan Takacs
Office Facilities Manager
Jordan has more than 15 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry, and a strong background in customer support, problem-solving, and facility operations. He works with employees, contractors, and leadership to address facility needs, workplace organization, maintenance, and daily operations. He is focused on keeping the workplace safe and well maintained, building strong working and customer relationships, and ensuring the team has the support and resources they need.

Danny earned his bachelor’s degree at Hillsdale College where he also played center on the football team. He has worked in sales for nearly a decade, and for McMasters Koss for over two years.

Provides engineering design and material guidance with print and production document creation. Peter supervises all design, special testing and analysis projects at McMasters Koss.

Now a project engineer with over 3 years experience with designing and analyzing industrial equipment and components. Quality Manager
Over 10 years experience managing Quality Systems, training programs and APQP requirements for the automotive and industrial industries. Working with our Quality Assurance team and customer supplier development personnel to meet a wide range of best practices and compliance within the McMasters Koss Quality Department.
Laporsha Edwards
Supplier Quality Specialist
Joining us as an inspector and learning and growing on our quality team, Laporsha is now our supplier quality specialist with over seven years of on-the-floor experience. She strives daily to ensure consistent high-quality product and quick and effective problem resolution for our customers.
